At Swiggy, there is a registered number with an account but when you order, there’s an option to change the number given to the Delivery Executive. Despite having done this twice, Swiggy REFUSED to call on the new number given. I complained to Swiggy about this problem but I just ordered, and THE SAME OLD NUMBER WAS CALLED YET AGAIN. This is terrible customer care, and the option of giving the delivery executive another number shouldn’t even exist on Swiggy if it’s not going to be used.
