Swiggy — Trust broken | |
I have ordered an order at 9.51 pm on 14th nov 2021 at my home in faridabad from near by restaurant wow momo which is hardly 3 km away from my home. Order was accepted and a delivery boy had been assigned. But it had been showing 25 min since last 1 hour and at 11, i contacted to swiggy about the real status of the order, then they told me that delivery boy had denied delivery. And they didn't even think to inform me this on time . Is that my fault that your delivery boy denied my order. Or isn't this you lr responsibility to inform me on time or assign somebody else on time. At this time, someone ordered to get dinner and that person must be hungry since an hour. All of sudden you say that we could make another order at 11 and you had tl wait 1 more hour . Is that right. Also, the customer care person didn't have any appologies or regret for this. This was the worst incidence happend with me and swiggy and i would never recommend swiggy to anyone. It is better to go for another app such as zomato.
