[Resolved] Swiggy — unnecessary charges

Today dated 8 nov 2018 at morning i order from swiggy which is online food service.. I order puri bhaji worth rs.49. I was wait for 30mints for order bt after 30mints i received msg that your order is cancelled and your amount is re-funded. And also they charge 75rs. I trying to call and contact them bt they not entertaining saying that this is our process. This is totally fooling us. I want strick action on this company.

Thanks team, only because of you swiggy customer care call me ani they accept their mistakes and they reversed charges ani promise me that it will be never happen again... It's all happen because of you follow up team. Thank you so much
