Swiggy — very bad service

I placed an order with swiggy..72 minutes of waiting and no updates.. Called on the phone was made to wait endlessly.. Only to be told that the order will be cancelled as they have technical problem.. Not bothered very cavalier attitude by the customer service.. Was told without much that my order will be cancelled and the money will be refunded.. What about my kids food?
