i rajeev sahu have purchase an i phone 5s-16gb (Space grey) order no.[protected] for the online shopping site “ www. syberplace.com ” on 27.3.2016 at 2.35pm for rs. 16, 999/-which is already paid through citi bank credit care and confirmed through sms and email (M) [protected] & ca. [protected]@gmail.com) with the massage to deliver the goods between 7- 13 days working days. i have not received the courier till date. They have neither replied to my emails nor any updates from the company. Phone calls also not answered by the company. Phone no of customer care [protected] & [protected] time 9am-8pm three e-mails send on 8.4.16 (About final notice to complain through fir), 2.4.16 (Request to give the current status), and 28.3.16 (Request to give the current status). Wrong information on the site for the order no.[protected] as carrier tracking no. Shows invoice no. & shipment no.[protected] ecom express[protected] dated 1 st jan 12.00 from last 8 days, without any update and further clarification about the wrong date and time. Ecom express call centre also confirm that they have not received such shipment number at all from syberplace.com
