I am facing the problem from syber place.com online vender i have booked the order no[protected] htc desire 728 lte grey date 25/2/2016 & given payment rs13999/- through pay u money ( payment id[protected] by icici debit card account no[protected] urvashi tyagi) . I cancelled my order due to some issue . My order has been successfully cancelled on 25/2/2016 but yet not received my money they are not reverting on mail also not picking up phone . There are so money customer which are facing same problem . This is totally frod company plzz help me to refund my money.I am attached here with my cancelled order copy.
