[Resolved] Symphony Limited — Air cooler pump not working

I bought symphony Diet 12T cooler around 10 days ago[protected]. Within 10 days, water pump stopped functioning .I & my family (1.5 years daughter) suffering in this scorching summer. I logged the complaint (HY-RV-7D17001) & waited for response but didn’t get any.

When I didn't get any response first day then I phoned to take the follow-up & was told, I will get the service today but didn’t. I have been getting same response from them for last 3 days.

My first ever service experience with symphony has been horrible so far.

Completely dissatisfactory!!!

I never expected such resonance/ service at least from a brand like symphony.

Request you to please, get someone assigned to my complained & get my cooler fixed.
