Hello,
I purchased a Symphony Diet Cooler 50i at Vijay Sales, Baner, Pune.
It's not even 24hrs and i feel the product is a complete waste of money. The price is ₹10200/-
The ceiling fan works far better than the cooler.
If the company knows the product is inefficient, why do they fool around people like us.
It's a kind request to take an action on the same.

    Hello team,
    I have purchased a new symphony air cooler touch 35 on 26 march 2017 and motor stopped working from 4 april 2017. Raised service request : hy-sa-9d1700. One service guy came and told me they will replace the motor because it is in warranty period, very unprofessional and worst service from symphony. No positive response from service center. Very much upset and disappointing.

      Worst Customer Service.

      I bought Symphony Diet 22i Tower Air Cooler (White, 22 Litres) for 10 K in June 2016 purchased in More Mega store Marthahalli.

      First Experience :
      Piece was problematic since day one and I called the customer care, a number was given and the technician was very very rude. He acted like a goon and demended me money stating the water was leaking due to some hard water issues .It worked fine and after some time we had no reason to use as it was winter and the device was kept in storage.

      Second :
      We recently started using it and found the water leaking out and I raised a customer call and an ID was sent to my message.
      Service Request : BL-MI-4D17023 and mob nu : [protected] and Name : VIJAYA K was given.

      Its been 10 days passed and even after repeated following up with the mentioned number they never came and suddenly I recieved a message stating that "We have found that Air Cooler is working fine . We cannot process your request. SYMPHONY".

      Such a fraudulent service I felt throwing the device out of my balcony. I request other customers not to but and fall for Symphony. It's the worst product I have ever purchased and a pathetic customer service. I wish I catch the CEO of the company and hold him accountable for this **** things.

        Hello,

        I have raised two requests till date.

        Request # ind-ad-4d17001
        Request # nd-vh-11d17001

        I purchased this cooler, touch 110 on 1st april, 2017 for rs. 16000 and since than not able to use it. the swing was not working.

        No one came for 1st request and i received a message on 9th april, 2017 at 04:38pm stating,
        'dear customer, we have found that air cooler is working fine. we cannot process your request. symphony.'

        How can someone close the request without even visiting/checking the cooler as no one came to my house.

        However, yesterday (on 10th april) an engineer, (bijender yadav, mobile # 706501*) visited and found that the cooler, touch 110 was not functioning.

        He cut the vents / louvers so that the swing can work. he said this is a new model and we've started receiving feedback/complaints about it. now symphony will work on these issues to make sure this will not happen with another new models. i ask for money back or replacement but he denied that symphony don't replace or refund.

        I understand that warranty is to resolve any ongoing issue or any fault. but cutting the louvers/body of a cooler, ruins the looks and i didn't pay for researching on symphony cooler's​ technical faults. they should not sell faluty products to there customers at first place.

        Today i made a third attempt to contact symphony and i'm waiting for a positive​ response.

          It's been 2 week I bought this product and the switch panel got heated one day and became non functional.The service centre person a highly rude fellow named Vinod came and told water entered the panel and we have to pay him 1500 Rs as it's under non warranty.If Symphony is charging 10000 for a water cooler it should make the switch panel water proof.Please get this fixed urgently at no charge.

            Air cooler pump not working

            I bought symphony Diet 12T cooler around 10 days ago[protected]. Within 10 days, water pump stopped functioning .I & my family (1.5 years daughter) suffering in this scorching summer. I logged the complaint (HY-RV-7D17001) & waited for response but didn’t get any.

            When I didn't get any response first day then I phoned to take the follow-up & was told, I will get the service today but didn’t. I have been getting same response...

            I want to change cooling pad of my al symphony air cooler named hi cool i. So i logged a service call. Next day i got a call from service centre that the price of the cooling pad is Rs. 650. However when i checked symphony website spare part list, i got to know that the price of the pas is Rs. 431. Then i called customer care, they said that service centre is telling the right price. I finally [protected] symphony about the issue as i im not convinced but still i got no reply. My complain is why so much diffrence between website spare part list and service centre. I suspect some kind of cheating is going on. I also requested symphony to investigate the problem. I'm from kolhapur city, area pincode 416001

                I'm working in satish dhawan space centre, sriharikota, isro. I'm residing in isro [protected]@sullurpeta. Booked a complaint that my symphony air cooler diet 22i model is not starting. A call came from jk shopping, nellore (Koteswara rao - [protected]) claiming to be symphony authorised service centre and the job had been assigned to them. They said that rs.450/- as service charges alone and all other spares extra based on requirement. A guy (Mob. No.[protected]) arrived today (05.04.17) and inspected the cooler. He said he forgot the bill book n would not give one. I didn't agree & called his owner, koteswara rao who agreed to send it later by post. Initially, the technician said a pcb board is damaged which would cost rs.950/-. I agreed to change it. Then, an honey-comb pad costs around rs.700/- was fixed based on my requirement. I argued that the price list is much lower than what they charge. Then, he agreed to charge according to the price list. Later, he broke the submersible pump saying it is spoiled which would cost rs.750/- whereas in the price list it is rs.575/-. When asked, he said it's a big motor and costs more. I agreed for that too. After some time he said the other pcb board is also faulty which would cost another rs.950/-. I got terrible and told him that i would buy a new cooler instead of paying this much and asked to go away n don't fool customers. I paid rs.450/- for all this drama. Horrible experience...

                  I am facing this issue after replacing our cooling pad in 2016; those guys were not professional at all. Water was coming out, and we hardly use cooler with water due to this issue, in 2016 your agents visited three times but issue wasn't resolved.

                  Now I registered a fresh complaint "LS-1D17006" but no follow up, I called this guy and said he would call me back when people available, now he is not responding my calls.

                  I felt cheated and raised a complaint on consumer forum Lucknow, sending you a hard copy via First Flight along with previous repairing bills.

                  You should hire professional third party repairing partners and if you can not provide support then stop calling you the best.

                  I was thinking for my office installation, but no dear let's test your coolers in consumer court.

                  I tried to register this complaint on your website, but your website is also not working, getting an error while submitting the form. Really unprofessional and third class product its better to get traditional metal coolers or get AC if you do not have cooler installation place.

                    Excess charges for spare parts and service within warranty

The customer service agent confirmed that there won't be any visit charges since thecoolee was under warranty. I asked the agent about some basic preventive maintenance such as cleaning the tank, and I was told that there would be no service...

                    I have bought symphony storm 70I - 3 years back and this summer it was not working proper so we call for service and the guy(Govind Dabhi-[protected]) came next day after several calls.
                    He came by 8.30 pm on (28/3/17) and he was in so much hurry that he cleaned only down part of cooler and went back, at that night we start cooler and sleep well the next morning i have seen WATER on floor of cooler in my whole house which damage many this including my 10 month old(purchase date:- 18/6/16) IPHONE 5S which was on floor.
                    That day i again call and give my details to that service person but he refuse to come and not receive my calls afterward, i complain again to the agency(Good Luck Electronics-[protected]) and they come after 2days, the new guy told me that service was not done properly and cleaning was also not done well so the upper tray wholes blocked and water leakage every where in my house, THIS IS SO PAINFUL THAT WE BOUGHT A BRANDED COOLER AND GIVE SUCH A DAMAGE LIKE THIS.
                    I tried to give my mobile for service to APPLE as it was under warranty but because of water damage they refuse to do anything, i have lost all my data and 10 year old contacts and many more important notes, there is no value of my phone because of mistake of symphony service person.
                    WHO IS GOING TO PAY FOR MY DAMAGED PHONE, PLEASE ANSWER AS SOON ELSE I AM GOING TO TAKE HARD STEPS ON THIS.

                      I have logged complaint GH-RK-27C17014 almost 1 week back and till now the RK service center is shifting dates without even notifying me. Whenever I call them they use to say that it will be resolved today, however they are not even calling since last week. I have taken around 5-6 follow ups daily since March 27 but very bad response from service center. I have tried talking to main service center using customer care number [protected] but only the complaint gets logged from there but no talking facility with customer care representative.

                      Issue Description: I have replaced the cooler motor as per complaint number GH-RK-30G16002 on July 30, 2016 almost end of season. Also on asking for the bill for new motor the service center guys told me that complaint printout is enough for further warranty related issues. I have uploaded the complaint printout details in attachments. However the motor is not functioning in March 4, 2017 which is just start of next season. So I asked RK service center ( to whom the complaint got transferred by Symphony center) to provide me the motor within warranty. However they refused to do so and asked me if I can pay the half of the motor amount along with service charge. I requested them several times to get the motor in warranty as this was not even used for 2 months properly since installation in July 2016.
                      So after this the service center guys gave me proposal to pay half the amount to which I agreed with not much options and asked them to visit for servicing. but till then no show.
                      So I request to please take appropriate action on them.

                        The air cooler I recently purchased via Paytm seems to be defective. It does not cool at all. I have registered a complaint but haven't received any confirmation on the service call yet. Just a complaint # BL-SL-1D17018 stating it is under resolution. One simple question, if you really can't service your customers promptly, why do you sell your products? Ridiculous!! Symphony, let me tell you, If I don't receive a positive outcome/response soon, I will ensure your brand name is put under tremendous scrutiny at the highest level possible. Take this bloody serious!

                          I bought this cooler yesterday only on 29-March-2017 and the control panel is not working at all after installing the product. Moreover the product is failing to start start properly now. Worst design and customer experience so far. How come such products are released to the market without proper usability and quality checks.

                            Hi,

                            purchased Symphony sumo jr from snapdeal, it didn't work atleast for 4month, i sent mails, raised service complaints and sent a mail to CEO as well but no use i haven't heard anything from symphony.

                            they are making very cheap products which are not even working for few months, i believe china products are better than symphony and they are having worst customer service.

                            this worst cooler is not working from last 4months and i have been contacting & raising complaints from last 2months but issue isn't resolved.

                            GUYS GO FOR QUIKR/OLX products instead of symphony/snapdeal.
                            It is fully trure.Today at 3pm this incident suddenly occur.when I took rest after finishing lunch my phone was besides me.suddenly my phone was explosion and i am seriously victim that time which is given below the picture. for this reason burn hand and bed.

                              I had made a purchase of an Air Cooler from your store at Phoenix Mill, Lower Patel.
                              Ref: Invoice:SLF02A[protected], Purchased on:[protected]Attached)

                              The Cooler started leaking and Complaints were made from June, July all the way till yesterday.

                              Now, the Technician Arun Shetty (reporting to In-charge Vinay Wani from Symphony) visited our premises atleast 4 to 5 times and has tried to repair / modify the piece but the problem of leakage continues.

                              Moreover, recently it is now giving an Electric Shock / Currents.

                              I request you to consider this as URGENT and REPLACE the machine as this is a Genuine Manufacturing Defect out of anybody's control.

                              Over so many months we have had to bear with the leakage time and again on our Office floors and has caused too much inconvenience.

                              Vinay Wani from Symphony refuses to Replace the product within Warranty period and Croma (the Agency) is not taking action despite the problem still continues.

                                  I had ordered a symphony cooler with remote from snapdeal 2016, 24 april month and after second week of 15 may has stopped working, than i did complaint in symphony service center. According to serviceman function had stopped working due to chip damage and need to replace, which was not available in stock and said i have to give order for new chip. After that no response from service center and when i checked my complaint status, it was showing your complaint no bl-ya-13g16042 has been resolved. However it had been closed without resolved, therefore again 2 more times i did complaint in symphony service center but no response till date. This a fault from snapdeal they always delivered damage product which is work properly max one month. I had ordered fossil watch from snapdeal in nov 2015 and had faced same problem, than i had went to all fossil center physically but in case symphony cooler no service center. Plz help me to get service for my symphony cooler and take serious action for both company to deliver defected product.

                                  The Complain number was taken 20 days back and still "your team" has not gotten in touch with me. I need to get the cooler repaired in the next 10 days.If you people are not capable of giving after sales service you all should have been clear with it during the purchase itself or are you all expecting to make money by delaying it till the warranty expires and then charge for the service.

                                  Pathetic after sales service team.Regretting buying the cooler.
