સંજય નાથàªàª¾àªˆ પરમાર ૧, પો.સ.ઈ. કà«àªµàª¾àªŸàª°à«àª¸, પોલીસ લાઈન, ગામ :-વિઠà«àª à«àª²àª¾àªªà«àª°, તાલà«àª•à«‹ :-માંડલ, જી:- અમદાવાદ ગà«àª°àª¾àª®à«àª¯, અમદાવાદ મો.[protected]/[protected] પà«àª°àª¤àª¿, મેનેજર શà«àª°à«€, સિમà«àª«à«‹àª¨à«€ પà«àª°àª¾.લી. અમદાવાદ વિષય :- આપેલ કમà«àªªà«àª²à«ˆàª¨ સોલà«àªµ નઈ થવા બાબત સવિનય જય àªàª¾àª°àª¤ સહ જણવવાનà«àª‚ કે અમોઠતા.૦૨/૦૫/૨૦૧૫ ના રોજ વીજà«àª¯à«àª…લ કોમà«àªªà«àª¯à«àªŸàª° કેર, લકà«àª·àª®à«€ કોમà«àªªà«àª²à«‡àª•à«àª·, નરોડા પાટીયા, નરોડા ખાતેથી સિમà«àª«à«‹àª¨à«€ કંપનીનà«àª‚ સà«àª®à«‹ જà«àª¨à«€àª¯àª° રà«. 7500/- મા ખરીદેલ હતૠજેનો સીરીયલ નં.૨૧૧૧૮૧૫૬૨૪૩...⇄ હતો તેમજ તેનà«àª‚ બિલ ઈન વોઈસ ન. Ro 323 છે જે કà«àª²àª° થોડાક સમય બાદ અચાનક બંધ થઈ ગયેલ, જેથી અમોઠકંપનીના કસà«àªŸà«àª®àª° કેરના નં ૦à«à«¯-૩૦૧૩૦૧૧૧ ઉપર તા. ૧૪/૧૨/૨૦૧૬ ના રોજ કંપà«àª²à«‡àªˆàª¨ આપેલ હતી, જેનો કંપà«àª²à«‡àªˆàª¨ નં ah ap 14l 16001 છે. તà«àª¯àª¾àª° બાદ પણ કà«àª²àª° રીપેર ના થતા અમોઠફરીથી તા.૨૯/૧૨/૨૦૧૬ ના રોજ કંપà«àª²à«‡àªˆàª¨ આપેલ જેનો કંપà«àª²à«‡àªˆàª¨ નં ah ap 27l 16003 છે. તà«àª¯àª¾àª° બાદ કંપની તરફà«àª¥à«€ કોઇજ રીલà«àªªàª¾àª¯ ના આવતા ફરીથી તા. ૧à«/૦૧/૨૦૧ૠના રોજ કંપà«àª²à«‡àªˆàª¨ નં ah-ap-16a 17002 તેમજ તા.૦૪/૦૨/૨૦૧ૠના રોજ કંપà«àª²à«‡àªˆàª¨ નં ah ap 3b1 7003 તેમજ તા. ૧૪/૦૧/૨૦૧ૠના રોજ રીપીટ કંપà«àª²à«‡àªˆàª¨ નં ah ap 14 l 16001 આપેલ છે. જે કૂલ - ૦૫ કંપà«àª²à«‡àªˆàª¨ આપવા છતા કામ થયેલ નથી. તà«àª¯àª¾àª° બાદ કંપની તરફà«àª¥à«€ àªàªµà« જણાવેલ છે કે, તમારા àªàª°à«€àª¯àª¾àª¨àª¾ બà«àª°àª¾àª‚ચ મેનેજર શà«àª°à«€ રમેશ પટેલ સાથે વાતચીત કરી લેવી અને અમોને તેઓનો ટેલિફોન નં, પણ આપેલ જે નં.ઉપર અમોઠફોન કરતા તેઓઠજણાવેલ કે થઈ જશે અને તà«àª¯àª¾àª° બાદ àªàª• àªàª‚જીનીયર આવેલ અને અમારા ઉપરોકત સરનામા ઉપર કà«àª²àª° આખેઆખૠખોલિ ને ખà«àª²à«àª²à«àªœ મà«àª•à«€àª¨à«‡ જતા રહેલ તà«àª¯àª¾àª° બાદ અમોઠફરીથી રમેશàªàª¾àªˆàª¨à«‡ ફોન કરતા તેઓઠફોન ઉપાડેલ નથી અને આજ સà«àª§à«€ કામ થયેલ નથી અમોઠફરીથી આ બાબતે કંપનીના કસà«àªŸàª®àª° કેરમા ફોન કરતા તà«àª¯àª¾àª¥à«€ અમોને બિજો àªàª• નં શà«àª°à«€ નરેંદà«àª° વૈધ મો.નં ૯૩à«à«à«¦à«à«¦à«¦à«©à«® કે જેઓ કà«àªªàª¨à«€àª¨àª¾ જોનલ ઓફીસર છે જે આપેલ નંબર ઉપર પણ અમોઠફોન કરતા તેઓઠજણવેલ કે અમોને તમારો કમà«àªªà«àª²à«‡àªˆàª¨ નં. àªàª¸.àªàª®.àªàª¸ કરો જે પણ અમોઠકરેલ તેમ છતા કમà«àªªà«àª²à«‡àªˆàª¨ સોલà«àªµ થયેલ નથી અને તેઓઠપણ અમોને રમેશàªàª¾àªˆ સાથે વાત કરવા જણાવેલ પરંતૠતેઓઠસંતોશકારક જવાબ આપેલ નહીં જેથી અમોઠઆજ રોજ ફરીથી કસà«àªŸàª®àª° કેરમા ફોન કરતા તà«àª¯àª¾àª¥à«€ અમોને કંપની નૠઈ-મેઈલ àªàª¡à«àª°à«‡àª¸ symphonylimited.
