On 11th Feb 2022, senior technician visited home for complaint registered for the damages done by a junior technician who has visited before him to address issue in Symphony ice cube cooler.
Senior technician Mr Naidu who has visited after seeing the damaged panel told that this will be replaced at company cost you no need worry Mam. He also informed manager Mr Manjunath who was handling my complaint.
I had a call infront of Naidu and Manjunath also told he will range the parts in weeks timeline and will send Mr Naidu to replace it.
I have paid Rs1725 for the motor plus visiting charges and he gave a complaint closure form where I also wrote with my signature its pending for replacement.
Now whenever I call Mr Manjunath he is avoiding and telling tomorrow will send and 20th Feb 2020 as per his chats he has received the parts but this highly unprofessional behaviour by this company manager and their technician.
Kindly find the attached document of amount paid with remark and also find WhatsApp chat message where Manjunath has confirmed that he will received the part and will send the technician Naidu.
