I bought a air cooler last year, from the first week itself giving lots of problems water leaking, spraying etc mode and design completely worst Design, i dont knw how they agreed with air cooler ninja such useless model and waste of money

    एक हफ्ते पहले ही मैं सिंफनी का टावर कूलर 55 आई खरीदा हूं इससे पहले भी मेरे पास सिंफनी का ही टावर कूलर 15 लीटर था। जो करीब 10 साल चला एवं उसका पुलिंग बेहतरीन था इसलिए मैंने इस बार भी टावर कूलर ही खरीदा। परंतु कंपनी के द्वारा चीट किया गया। पिछले छोटे कूलर में जितना बड़ा हनी कॉम पैड और एयर फ्लो एरिया था उसका आधा एरिया ही उसके दो गुणे बड़े कूलर में दिया गया है इस वजह से यह कूलर सिर्फ और सिर्फ पंखे का काम करता है कूलर का बिल्कुल भी नहीं । क्योंकि कूलिंग के नाम पर जीरो है कूलिंग बिल्कुल भी नहीं करता है इससे तो अच्छा घर में पंखा ही चला लिया जाए। फिर ₹10000 लगाकर मुझे या कूलर लाने की क्या आवश्यकता थी मैं पहली बार सिंफनी कंपनी के तरफ से चीट किया गया महसूस कर रहा हूं मैं इस कूलर को अपने घर में बिल्कुल भी नहीं रखना चाहता कंपनी से अनुरोध है कि कृपया इस कूलर को ले जाए एवं पैसा वापस कर दें अन्यथा मैं कोर्ट की शरण में जाऊंगा मेरे पास और कोई भी रास्ता नहीं है कंजूमर के साथ इतना बड़ा धोखा धड़ी कूलर के नाम पर करना आज के समय में गवारा नहीं है मैं पूरी सोशल मीडिया पर इस बात को उठाना चाहता हूं कृपया 1 हफ्ते के अंदर इस समस्या का समाधान करें मेरा फोन नंबर है [protected]

          Dear Team Symphony,

          We have purchased Hi cool 31L last year on 13 may2021. I hav registered a compaline around last saturday 25 or 26th march. your technician insisted to share billing details on whtsapp and said until and unless you dont send me bill details on my personal whtsapp number I shall not come. now its been 2 days and today you technician is saying other person will come to visit I am giving his number. Is the customer liable to do the co-ordination or symphony staff. His conversation with my mother on phone was too rude and now instaed of giving service they are behaving in this manner - You staff number - [protected]

              I have purchased Symphony Diet cooler in March 2021.
              Since April 2021 it started giving problem. The cooler throws out water from fan outlet.

              I have registered almost 4 complaints in last 1 year and none of the complaint was addressed properly.
              Finally last complaint was closed stating spare part not available.
              No one from Symphony customer care never ever visited to physically check the cooler at my place. Then how can they close the complaint as spare part not available.

              Here are the details of date wise ticket complaints.

              3rd April 2021 :

              In October 2021 they sent below message :
              Dear Symphony Customer, Your service request NA[protected] is cancelled for Spare parts was not available.For assistance pls contact at [protected].

              Providing spare part is responsibility of Symphony. When the complaint was registered it was under warranty period.

              Kindly help resolve this issue ASAP.

                I received my air cooler with order reference 7944. The packaging was bad due to which when I received the product I found a dent on one side of the cooler. There was no product catalog or brochure with the product. Therefore, I do not know how to fill water, how to make it operational.
                I wrote 3 emails to customer care with no response.
                Very disappointing. Regret I bought directly from symphony. The same product is available 10% cheaper from Amazon with top of class servuce

                    Hi, I have purchased Wall-mounted air cooler from Symphony on 18/02/2022 and received the product within 10 days. Installation done on the next day of the arrival which was good. Now, the actual issues started one after one.
                    1. Water Leakage issue (Technician said the it happens when the water level is heavy and happens once in a blue moon. Actually, it is happening once in every 2 days)
                    2. Fan started running slow sometimes (I was told by the technician that the issue is with the PCB. He said that he will inform the management to replace it. It's been more than a week but this issue is not resolved till the date)

                    I called customer service team and that was a nightmare. I was told by the agent that there is no manager/supervisor available in the Company. I don't know which company runs a business without any Manager/Supervisor.

                    I have few of my friends who cannot buy an Air Conditioner. I thought I could refer this to them so that they can save Money and get what the want. But, unfortunately I feel bad buying this product as it is no use.

                    I would appreciate if someone looks into this matter and help me to get proper response or refund my money.

                    In addition to the above, I would like to add another issue. I haven't received my invoice yet. Due to this I couldn't get the product registered for the warranty.

                    It's been more than 48 hours. Still no resolution. I received a call from Symphony customer service team and cancelled the service request. I was told to submit another again. Can someone please look into this issue?

                      I have called service engineer as fan was not working, he did something and everything was working fine, so we told to replace honeycomb part and paid him 975 = 500 for part and 475 for service. After a day cooler started making noise, we called several time but some new guy came and without seeing anything he started telling need to replace motor worth 2.5 k. We tried calling service centre number and there was no option to reopen request and it's all automated. We have paid service charges but still issue is not resolved and earlier person mentioned that motor is absolutely fine..I am wondering how motor is issue in a day, while pump is working absolutely fine. So unacceptable behaviour and so High charges but no service. Request help to look into this matter.

                            Dear Sir/ Mam,

                            I had raised service complain at varanasi - 221206 on dated 21 feb. for PCB issue in my symphony cooler winter i.

                            The call was attended by technician on dated 22 Feb at my house and replaced the material as per attached bill.

                            The charges are too high mentioned in the bill.

                            I want to know the chages levied in the bill are genuine or not.

                                Please register a complaint on Symphony company as they have not responded on warranty of Air cooler and didn't provide any service of initial checking. I have complained twice on the company portal but of no use. Power is not shown in LED panel and no working condition is seen within a year. Providing spare parts are also their resposibility which is not acted upon. So based on Indian Panel rules and regulations, please take complaint on the company and demand claim of 4lakhs.My number is [protected]

                                      today, I have buy a symphony Diet 50i cooler in Kota (Rajasthan) from Vasudha Agency vide bill no. 5579 on dated[protected].

                                      when I come to my home and installed the cooler after filling the water, the water cooler show a water leakage in bottom tap. and also throw water from front side.

                                      So, in this context, I am requested to you kindly replace my cooler as soon as you can so that I can enjoy cooling from symphony cooler without any hassle.

                                        The cooler has not been working properly for the past 1 year and the customer service is completely useless. All the technicians come and tell we will come again with parts and then never return. Never seen such a horrible customer service. Please do not go for symphony coolers. Worst customer service ever experienced. Complaints remain open for more than 8 months yet no response simply because the part changed before is again spoilt within the warranty period of the spare part and customer does not have to pay for the spare part, so no revert as they don't get money for it
