Product - Symphony Movicool L65i-S Cooler

Sharing my bad experience in order for others to safeguard themselves from the trouble I'm facing after selecting to buy this product from this (https://shop.symphonylimited.com/products/symphony-movicool-l-65i-s-large-space...⇄ website.
So, I received this product on 17th march and the next day, I realized that this delivered cooler as advertised and marketed neither have the empty tank alarm indicator (the fifth indicator you can see on the control panel) nor it was giving any alarming sound when no water in tank. I immediately raised the complaint (#PU[protected]) with the company and also raised the return request in accordance with the company's 10 day replacement policy.
After a few days a technician visited and informed that it does not have the water level controller part which is required for the empty tank alarm functionality that we all can see in the description above (https://shop.symphonylimited.com/products/symphony-movicool-l-65i-s-large-space...⇄ I immediately wrote email to company stating the same with internal product pictures attached from technician visit. I also called on the helpline and wanted to check on my return request. So first let me tell you, its really hard to reach them and if you turn lucky so only response you hear is "please write to us and will respond back on the same". So I mentioned that the email has already been pushed and also the return request is raised. To which I was told that I'll be getting a response back soon.
Again I waited for a few more days but did not hear anything much regarding my request so I wrote couple of more emails to company which again hardly got responded. This mailing and phone calls to customer center I kept doing every other day to get a proper response and then one day I got lucky after all these hard efforts and got a call from some company person who acknowledged my concern saying that the company has stopped providing this functionality with this model which is till date advertised on the website above (https://shop.symphonylimited.com/products/symphony-movicool-l-65i-s-large-space...⇄ I simply asked them to take this product back as the product I have chosen looking at the features mentioned above and if that's a false advertisement I no longer want to have it as I felt cheated. Till date nothing is done from company's side.
Finally now I am filling a complaint against at this consumer forum and hoping to get some satisfactory outcome.
