[Resolved] Symphony — Sold damaged cooler | |||
Purchased aircooler from reliance digital one month before. They sold me a cooler which was already damaged. Its water tray was broken and due to that it throws water from front. I have done regressive followup from both symphony n reliance. They repair the cooler but the problem remains the same. I asked them to replace the cooler. Reliance digital told me that they will replace the cooler but they want noc from symphony. Symphony is not giving noc to them. Its been a month the cooler is same as it was at the time of purchase. I have spoken with the head of pune as well. His name is mr. Shailendra, he told me that y u want to get it repaired so early when you can use ur cooler on temperory basis. Very poor customer service of symphony. Will not at all recommend any symphony product. Was this information helpful? | |||
