Syscom Corporation — atm card could not be delivered on my given address

Sir, i am Md Khalil Ansari, the ATM card was issued by SBI, and after some days I got a message (SBI Debit card ending with 8285 dispatched on 26.11.2018 thru Speed post no EB[protected]IN. when we have checked the status of speed post it is howing that, card was returned to syscom corporation ltd Mumbai.
so please as soon as possible kindly dispatch it to my Bank Branch or either my given address are:-
