Syska Gadget Secure — 2 months are over but still my mobile is not given

My CIN no - [protected], your executive collect my mobile on 04.03.2016 for repair. Now 2 months are over still you are not given my mobile. I call your pune office 8 - 10 times & talk with Mr. Manoj but he is not given me proper answer & not resolve my problem.
Kindly confirm when you are given my mobile up to today eod, otherwise I will take further legal action in consumer court.

I was submitted my phone since one month and its still in prodecure . i haven't this type of service such a bad service they provided... i m embraased and i will strict step i[censored] dont take steps
