Madam/dear sir, i had sent my handset (Samsung note 5) for claim/repair under captiined cin number.
I have received my handset but very sorry to inform you that while taking delivery, "s - pen" was found missing in the courier packet. Also the"home key with fingerprint sensor" has not been repaired and the same is still in broken condition.
I have informed to your customer care executive immediately from the office of courier company and your executive advised me to send this mail.
You may verify above mentioned things from the courier company also as i have opened my packet in their presence.
Request you to please look into it and do the needful.
