I am writing this mail regarding complaint against Syska Gadget Secure for cheating customers. I Had taken insurance from this company and when I approached them to claim for my damage Handset they literally rejected my request and treated it as NEGLIGENCE. They play with their words even on their website slogan is mentioned as JAANE KAB MOBILE GIRR JAYE ISILIYE SYSKA GADGET SECURE. And my phone also fell down on the floor from my hands so its clearly means as per their words " phone girr gaya " so why my request is rejected.
