My CIN is [protected]. I have filed a claim for my damaged iphone 6 which was picked up on 3 January 2016 and claim for the same was approved on 20th January, but since then i have not received any update about my case neither i have received any satisfactory answer from the customer care representatives. Then have been saying that it will be repaired soon but i have not received any update since then. I have contacted customer care over 10 times and asked them to let me know how much time will it take. But they have not given any information that can be helpful to me.
