I have submitted all the necessary documents on 11 th april but i m frequently getting the msg of shortfall every week.. After fulfilled. Again they say abt shortfall...
... Again and again they need same documents... I have submitted already...
Seems they wants to pass the time of 30 days... The 6th msg. I got today again.. Showing the shortfall... I called customer care no. They said that they can't tell me this time bcoz server is down... Now how do i know what i have to do...
The time limit is 30 days..

Frm 11 th april i have submitted all necessary documents 3 times...
No steps taken...
Calling on customer care no.. Is just wasting of time.. They have no idea.. Abt the claim... Sometimes it seems they want to pass the time limit of 30 days..
I have submitted all the documents with the help of professional on there authorized shop vibration in indore...
