Dear Sir, I have purchased a mobile Model No. YU5010A, IMEI No. [protected], on 21.01.16 . Which was insured by Syska, Coupon No. 30886478. on 3rd May my phone was damaged and I have claim for Insurance, were CIN No. is [protected], after continuos follw-up, yesterday i have recd. the updated status i.e. "Your claim does not meet eligibility criteria hence it has been rejected by Validation And Scrutiny. Job card will get closed." and when I call customer care they are saying that pertucular model is not in our product list. Sir after 4 month from Insurance date, when i am claiming for Insurance amount, how they can refuse and if perticular product is not in their product list, why they have not returned the insurance amount within 7 days of policy date.
