Syska Gadget Secure — Claim rejected because syska company said my signs are not matching on the documents which i have uploaded for my claim

My mobile phone broken in an accident and syska said to upload documents and pictures of mobile phone and i uploaded claim form with my signs and a letter also with my signs after a day company said your claim has been rejected because of signs mismatch and said you will receive a back call from our department but i have not got any call from them from last 17 days and everyday when i call them they says we will give you call in 48 hours and now they says we will not give claim because of your signs mismatch, i said them that i will sign the documents again and upload them again but they use to give me useless answers and says we will not give claim for that .
They says " iss baar aap theek karwa lo agli baar ham karwa denge".
I called many time on there toll free number and always they says that you will receive a call from us.

accident due to a motorbike hit me from back and bike came from wrong way while i was walking near to the footpath because footpath was full of garbage in that accident phone was in my hand and it was fallen from my hand and got broken.

i want refund or repair for my phone.
