My CIN no is [protected]. I raised a claim on 13/11/15 they tild me I'll get my phone repaired within a month but he pickup itself was done on 15/12/15 then i asked the agent to get the phone repaired as early as possible. He told me that if you want to get it early you will have to pay in cash which i agreed to. I did get back my phone on 1/1/16 and was told that amount will be reimbursed in my account before 20/1/16 but still it is not. when i contact the company they keep telling me they have escalated my issue and will take 24-48 hrs to settle and this is happening from past two weeks. the agent who took the phone kept telling me the issue will be settled within the week but now he keeps on disconnecting my calls. the agents nme is Roshan Raut [protected]. Please help
