I had bought syska gadget secure insurance for my mobile. Unfortunately my mobile got damaged and i lodged a complaint two months back. One month back my mobile was collected for repair. I have been writing to them every day and get the same automated reply that work is in progress. I have also been calling them every day and get the same reply that work is in progress. Where is my mobile??? Is there any time plan for repair??? No one seems to be bothered. Very very unprofessional company. Pathetic customer service. Can someone help??
