My phone screen broke in accident & my complaint was registered on 11th oct'15. After making several calls a week Syska arranged to pick my phone after 45 days. I already submitted my documents on time. Foolish Reason given for claim rejection is that " Voice of customer don.t match and it was not in custody of customer", as if they know customer's voice personally and was present at time of accident. What a crap and BS answer.They returned my phone on 4th Feb'16 which i had to pick from Sony center. The phone's back panel was open and was completely damaged.It was not charging even. They damaged my phone much more and their representative said that they do not guarantee the condition of phone in which it is being returned. They did not provide my insurance and also damaged my phone. If i would have not relied on Syska my phone could have been repaired in 4 to 5 thousand but now complete 130000 are wasted just because of SYSKA and SONY SERVICE CENTER. Pathetic Services.Totally unreliable. They cheat people by taking their money and damaging the phones. Was this information helpful? | |||||
