[Resolved] Syska Gadget Secure — Delay In claim Settlement | |||||
Dear Indian Consumer Complaint Forum. I purchased a handset insurance policy from Syska Gadget Secure. My cell phone got damaged. It comes under there total loss. My claim Number- [protected]. I have submitted all the documents and completed there requirement they asked me to do so. Since 16-June-2016 i have been chasing them to settle my claim. They have not settled it yet after a year, Even i got same reply from customer care and received a system generated mail which is always same. I have not received a claim amount or i have not received a single satisfactory answer from there side. Please help me in this case. And the needfull. Thanks & Regards Rahul Sahariya.
