Syska Gadget Secure — delivery of replacement not received

It's been 6 months since the reverse delivery of the defected power bank. Every time when i try to take follow-up on the product through its customer care i receive the same response that we will soon follow your request and even after lodging the complaint regarding the same on its complaint forum, they haven't taken any action.
