This is sachingupta i have took the insurance from syska gadet company for my mobile handset my coupon no. Is 40371611and my complaint no. For claiming my insurance was [protected].. This companyis just a scam... This company rejected my claim request which was damage just because of silly reason that the phn was not in my hand... There was nowhere written in your terms and conditions that if the phone will damage by someone else then we will not consider the claim they didn't informed me before when i was purchasing the insurance from this scam company they were just keep tryingto manipulateme that time whatsoever happend to the phone we will take care of it and now they have rejected my claim request when i need that all i want is either justice or else i'll take this matter to the upper place like social networking site and i will sue this scam company..
