Syska Gadget Secure — Haven't received my phone till now | |||||
CIN no. [protected] I have registered the complaint on 10 jul 2016 and submitted the cell phone in assigned service centre by syska on 14 jul 2016. My claim got approved on 01 sep 2016. After visiting to service centre they told me that my phone will not get repair and the same had been communicated with syska. I placed more than 100 calls to syska for my cell phone and instead of giving resolution they respond with the same answer that they will forward my complaint to concern department. And I'm already complain national consumer care against syska my consumer complaint no 45092 Was this information helpful? | |||||
