I had purchased a HT 500 Trimmer on 30 Apr 20. On 01 May I filed a complaint that HT 500 Battery after full charging was working for about 8 minutes against 40 minutes claimed. One Yamini N replied 'Dear Customer, We apologize for the inconvenience caused to you!!!
