My complain no is [protected]. I send my mobile to syska head office at 22 march 2017 by dtdc it has been received the next day on 23 march 2017 but syska has not updated nor intimated any thing i have to only call and request them to update it. The updation has done on 5th of April which is 13 days.
13 days i dont know where is my phone and response from syska is we dont know. 7th april the update was insurance has been approved and delivery date was 17 april which is again 10 days and today 15 April i got update on job card that the delivery date is 30th april now which is more 15 days. i have talk to samsung customer care head office they told me they dont take more than 3 days to repair any cell phone or specially the s edge as its a very popular phone
and the other hand syska executive telling me that you pay them money thats why they do it fast, so its mean syska dosent give money to them???
They are also not providing me the service centre no that i can directly ask to them, the number is not available on the internet also so i worried where is my phone is. Was this information helpful? |
