I have purchased my new intex shine 4g champ, i got my phone insured syska gadget secure from very first day.
Attached are the proofs of my phone bills and insurance policy.

Unfortunately my phone display had broken and i have submitted my phone to you team on 15th jan 2017 within 48 hours and they provide me cin-[protected].

Since then, today is 9th may 2017 and i am continuously following up your team and customer care executives to get my phone back but all in vein.
