My claim number with syska insurance is [protected]. My case was re-opened after my escalation email on 18/01/17. Since then there has been no progress. Even the level 1 verification which requires 24-48 hours has not been completed. I have been continuously calling them and send emails however everytime i get the same reply stating that they have escalated to the backend team so it would handled in priority. That priority has been resolved in last 6 months. I have an impression that this company is a scam.
