I am trying to claim Insurance for my phone, however Syska keeps putting my insurance claim on hold. Its been month and my Insurance is yet to clear their Level 1 status.
I do not understand why are things taken for granted. It is my got damn money, I am not supposed to beg for services that I have paid for. All I keep getting from this hopeless company is that they are working on it. Working on DAMN WHAT ? FOR A MONTH ?
