Syska Gadget Secure — Mobile damage claim not proceed due to death of the secure person | |||||
Hi, My brother brought a sony C5 mobile on 18 Dec 2015 and get the insurance done on same day by Syska Gadget Insurance. Unfortunately he lost his life in an accident on January 2016 his mobile also damaged in his. My some of relative lodge the complaint on 29 Jan 2016 for the same. I just submit the documents after 2 months. But they did not process the claim as they told me that they can not process the claim on behalf of any dead person. Please help me to get the same.
