Syska Gadget Secure — Mobile phone insurance | |||||
I had submitted my Insurance Claim for iPhone6 (with broken screen), which was insured by Syska Gadget Secure along with all the documents at F1 Services Gurgaon, 1st Floor, Raghunath Chambers, 1st Floor (right side), Opp. PNB Sukhrali, MG Road, Guragaon, Haryana on the 10th of Feb 2016. Issue: 1. I have called up customer service at[protected] innumerable times and have followed up with emails but I have received no answer from their customer service as to whether my claim is accepted or rejected. 2. On top of it, every time I call, I am told that my case has been closed as I have not submitted the documents. When I remind the customer service representative that my iPhone along with the documents have been submitted on the 10th Feb, they tell me that they will send a mail to the concerned department and I will hear from them soon. But not a single time have they reverted my call with a status update. CIN No. – [protected] Mobile No. – [protected] I find it ridiculous that after close to a month I am yet to hear from them. On top of that are not giving me any timelines / ETA on resolving. Think their company is acting like a bunch of thieves and running a pop and mom show as there has to be a turnaround time for each query. They cannot be taking forever to resolve a query. I have been waiting patiently for a resolution but my patience is now wearing thin as I as a customer being taken for a ride by their organization. Pathetic customer service.
