Syska Gadget Secure — Mobile repairing delaying from last almost 2 month | |||
Dear Syska Team, I am extremely unhappy with the kind of responses from you on my complaint for damaged cell. My mobile was submitted for repairs before 45 days from today and till date there is no confirmation on delivery from your side. I have been calling you continuously and false reasons were given to me like mismatch in invoice date etc., which was incorrect. Being a reputed service provider false reasons were not expected as upon rechecking the date was found to be correct and there wasn't any mismatch. I also spoke to your representative Mr. Manish in Mumbai who assured me that my issue will be resolved in 2 of days which was also a false comittment. If I dont receive my cell within 10 days I will register complaint against you in Consumer Forum and shall also raise this in social media. Regards, Raj Chetri. Was this information helpful? | |||
