Call log date: 21/03/2017 Insurance approval date: 04/04/2017 11:29 Today's date: 16/05/2017 It's about accidental physical damage... Even after more than a month i haven't received my handset nor any call. When i call customer care they say flat & rubbish... Your handset is under repairing process.
