Scam of a company. Been over 5 months that I've submitted my complaint. In 2017 where the life cycle of a phone is upto 12 months, this company is taking over 6 months to resolve an insurance issue. What's the point of even buying their insurance. The depreciation value of the phone over these 6 months is more than the insurance one can claim. I'd suggest to buy insurance being sold by other companies atleast theit response rate and delivery period is better than this **** company whose staff members don't even bother to listen to your queries.
