Syska Gadget Secure — Non delivery of products

I have sent 3 led bulb for replacement in the month of Nov. but I recvd 1 led bulb, regarding this I regstrd complaint vide complaint no. EC01102168 and From last 4 month they are saying sir we will sending u rest of the product but till date I ddnt receive rest of the product, yesterday they mail me and saying we received only 1 bulb from ur side so we can't do anything, sir pls look into the matter and do needful bcoz they are doing u fair trade practice.
