Syska Gadget Secure — Not providing the refund amount | |||||
Complaint no. [protected] I lost my mobile in theft case and same has been informed to Syska team aswell. I have already provide with all original scanned documents. Now they have hold my reimbursement because of original bill. I have already send them a declaration letter that i have lost my original bill in shifting and purchase my mobile from Mumbai and am located in Noida so am unable to provide with duplicate copy even.
