Current Status : Claim Approved, Job card is in process

I am writing this mail after waiting for 120+ days for my Claim amount as
approved by LEHAN on dated 20/06/2016

Nobody in their organisation Knows when i will get the claim amount.
I need one clear answer - when will i get my claim?
