Syska Gadget Secure — Payment not received even after the same is approved | |||||
I have purchased Syska Gadget Secure last year. Last October 2016, my device got broken and I have requested for insurance claim. From October 2016, I am following up it with the concern team but till now there is no proper support from there side. As per the last 6 conversation with the customer care, they said your payment is approved but not released. I don't understood that, after the payment approved why there is a 6 months delay in releasing the payment. I need a solution for this issue at the earliest.
