My cin no is [protected] . I gave my phone box and all the accessories and documents to the company and I was said that the claim amount will be transferred to my account within 3 months but still after one year no payment has been made . Everytime i call them they say that the payment will be done as quick as possible and that my complaint is been added to priority list .

Updated by Pranav CR I was asked to submit all the documents and my mobile and was said that i will get an insurance claim of rs18950 transferred to my bank account within 90 days but even after 1 year the amount is not been transferred to my account and whenever i call them they say that the payment will be done as quick as possible and they have added my issue to their priority list . Even after calling them every week to ask about the issue they give the same response my claim no (cin) is [protected].
