I am writing this to you in reference to the syska Iron that I bought from Amazon web application on 7 Feb2023. The model number of the IRON bought is SDI-07. The iron press not heating up from 14 June 2023 for which I tried to reach Syska customer care center and raised an complaint and sent an email along with complaint number and images of product on their email id [protected]@syska.co.in as suggested by them. As per the conversation, the product will be picked up with in 7 days but to utter surprise, that nobody contacted me till date. I called to the customer care 4-5 times but every time they said soon our team will picked up the product. There is no proper response from Customer care team.
It was never expected from a reputed company like Syska .Therefore, it is to request you to kindly look into the matter and arrange to attend to the complaint.
