I have purchased a trimmer HT 200 pro on 11.2.2022 from Jyoti Electricals, Bahadurgarh vide bill no. 460. While I opened this product to use, I found that the charger point of this product is not working. The next day I visited the shopkeeper to replace the product, but he refused to do so and gave me your customer care number to complain.
