I hereby the customer of your insurance company SYSKA gadget secure in which I had secured my handset CIN No: [protected] SAMSUNG SM-A500G purchased on 08/03/16.
The phone was damaged accidently and there was physical damage to the phone.
For this reason I claimed for the insurance from the company and logged the complaint to the company about the same on 28/09/16.I had contacted the dealer, the insurance agent, the company's customer care number everywhere
but the response was not satisfactory for the refund of my money.
