Syska Gadget Secure — Refuse to amend my personal details | |||||
On 19th of Feb I had registered my handset with Syska Gadget Secure. Although I have mentioned all my details correctly over website but I received message confirmation with most of the details wrongly mentioned like, date of birth- 01/01/0001. mobile purchase date- 01/01/0001. On same day I made a request to "[protected]@syskagadgetsecure.com" for amendment of details but the refused to do so. I called their customer care also to take help in this regard but they refused for any help. Through this email I would request you to take strict action against the company for unprofessional approach and help me with resolution to my problem so that I would not face any challenge while applying for any claim in future.
