Syska Gadget Secure — Regarding manufacturing fault in Cable

I have purchased a charging cable from Mekhal Enterprizes Jabalpur MP on 24 Jun 2021.
at the time of purchase the dealer assured me of a 6 month warranty on the product from the date of purchase.
cable is being cracked ( Pic attached ) on both points
Today on 9 Dec 2021 i went to dealer for replacement as it is manufacturing fault
cable is being cracked within 6 month due to quality issue .
dealer refused to replace the cable .
Please resolve the issue or kindly provide me mail ID of higher authorities
