Dear all Service issue number : [protected] With great frustration am sending this email, me and my husband had been following with en number of people to get a proper feedback about the service of mobile a7 that was given more than 2 months back. Inspite of regular follow up there is no proper revert on it. We are totally disappointed by the service syska provides. Poor customer support. Need a feedback from you all as to when i will get my phone back. We will have no options rather than taking it forward and making a complaint. Will wait for a call either to me or my husband as to when our phone will be delivered back. If not possible we want the refund of whatever amount we paid. Will highly recommend everyone not to opt syska due to my case which is not been solved from last 4 months. Was this information helpful? | |||||
