I have requested for replacement for the defective syska product on 28th, May 2020. there Turn Around Time is 20 day as confirmed by them on call but still the have not replaced the product. when ever i speek to them every time they only say it will take some time and not doing something.
i have a long trail mail regarding this that is attached to the complaint please check.
it passes more than 70 days. please do the needful to get it resolved.
